The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Village Pilates.
All group classes / studio sessions are 55 minutes in duration. You are required to please bring your own towel, water bottle and wear comfortable exercise clothing, including socks, when participating in your class/session.
We happily accept block studio session bookings at the same day / time each week. Classes are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis. Online bookings open 3 months in advance with the exception of the Christmas Period. Please book in advance to avoid disapointment.
All classes and sessions must be pre-booked & pre-paid. Online bookings for classes close 45mins prior to class start time All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is due & payable at the time of booking and can be made via:

PACK/AUTO PAY PACKS
An Auto Pay pack is a direct debit membership with payments setup through Ezidebit and renewed on the day of your last scheduled visit. For example: When you come in for the 20th session of your 20 Auto Pay pack, the next payment will be charged from your nominated account. Village Pilates Auto Pay Packs are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash. Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.
When you are running low on classes and/or sessions, we will send you an email letting you know that it's nearly finished and the next payment will be deducted once you have attended your last class or session. You do not need to do anything as the payment will be automatically deducted from your chosen account. If your account information changes (i.e. expired credit card) please be sure to update the information the next time you're in the studio as there may be a charge for any declined payments.
In order for you to take advantage of our best rates with our Auto Pay Packs, you will need to give your credit card or bank details on a completed Ezi-debit form. Auto Pay Pack rates are only available for our Auto Pay Packs. These rates are less than our standard non-auto pay rates because there is less admin work to be done. If you don't want to register for an Auto Pay pack, you will not be eligible for the auto pay rates.
AND as a bonus, all Auto Pay clients will receive an email with a free class pass twice each year, in January and July. These passes can be used for any group class of equal or lesser value than your regular class. They can also be passed on to friends and family members.
EXPIRY PERIODS: All Auto Pay Packs - 12 month expiry.
Seniors (over 60) and full time students (24 years and under) will qualify for 10% off any Auto Pay Pack. Current, relevant ID must be provided.
A family discount of 12.5% is available on 10 and 20 Auto Pay Packs when two or more family members are attending our studios consistently. Offered at the discretion of management.
New clients who sign up for a 10 or 20 Private or Semi-Private Autopay pack WITHIN 2 weeks of their Initial Consultation, will receive 20% off the first payment of an Auto Pay pack. This discount is strictly valid for the first package purchased only. Auto Pay payments will then revert to the regular price after the last session of the first pack has been used.
An administration fee of $5 will apply for any failed automated payments due to insufficient funds, card expiry or incorrect card details.
CANCELLATIONS / MEMBERSHIP HOLD:
You are only charged for classes attended OR late cancelled classes. If you are unable to attend your class or session and have given the minimum 24 hours notice, that class or session will not be deducted from your Auto Pay Pack.
To cancel an Auto Pay membership please advise Village Pilates in writing when you have at least 2 session/classes remaining on your current Auto Pay package. Email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are planning on going away on holiday, let us know and we can place your Auto Pay pack on hold for you. This way, no classes or sessions will be deducted and you can travel without worrying about missing anything.
Boost Memberships allow you to do as many classes a week as you like! Boost membership is billed fortnightly from the date membership commences via credit card or debit bank account. Bookings under this membership can be made 3 months in advance with the exception of our Christmas timetable.
This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELATIONS / MEMBERSHIP HOLD:
Under any Boost membership, a $10 cancelation fee applies for each late cancel (within 24 hours of class) and each no show. All cancelations must be given through text or email.
Maximum of 6 weeks of total membership suspension for a minimum of 2 weeks at any one time per calendar year. All suspensions start from the calendar week only. No exceptions.
Minimum of 12 week (6 payment) term before your membership can be stopped. After this minimum term, simply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled direct debit payment. All cancelation requests must be made by email. Unfortunately in-studio cancellations cannot be honoured. You will receive an email confirming your cancelations when it has been completed.
Membership is paid in advance so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to give the Studio adequate notice via email. Unfortunately refunds based on change of mind or circumstance or simply forgetting to let us know will not be possible.
New clients who sign up for Mat + Barre Class Boost or Unlimited All Class Boost within 2 weeks of the end of their Intro Offer will receive 20% off their first two payments.
Seniors, Student and Family discount are not applicable to any Boost Membership.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
The full fee will be charged for cancellations made within a 24 hour period of your class or studio booking. Unfortunately this is unavoidable due to the small number of clients per class/session.
Village Pilates may cancel group classes if two or less people are booked in. We will inform you via email / sms / phone, at least 2 hours prior to the class.
Instructors may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a class, you may be required to forfeit the right to participate. This is at the instructor's discretion, is for your own safety and out of respect to the other clients.
