'Mat' is a floor based, pilates class that also uses small equipment such as foam rollers, the magic circle, exercise balls and TheraBands™ to work with your own body weight and connect with your inner core. Focus is on flexibility, core strength, balance and mobility and is great for anyone in general good health. Full length mats are provided and classes are grouped as Beginner - Intermediate or Intermediate - Advanced. A fantastic class for those new to Pilates and a brilliant motivator to exercise within a fun group environment. Our instructors are encouraged to add their own flair to classes to ensure your session is interesting mentally and physically challenging. Our new client offer, ‘Mat & Barre Kickstart’ is a brilliant incentive to build and set regular exercise habits and try a range of classes.
