HOW TO start+BOOK | PRICE

A 'Studio Session' is Pilates performed in one of our fully equipped studios with equipment such as Trapeze Tables, High Barrels, Wunda Chairs and Reformers. After completing an 'Initial Consultation' you can choose the Studio Session that best meets your needs - Private (1:1) or Semi-Private (3:1) and a program will be tailored specifically for you. We will work together to plan an approach that meets your capabilities, inspires and helps you achieve your health goals. Studio sessions can also incorporate weights, soft balls, foam rollers, magic circles, TheraBands™ and other small pieces of equipment to challenge core strength and create optimum resistance for your body. Studio is ideal for everyone, particularly those needing injury rehabilitation / prevention, athletes, mums to be or anyone looking for complete body maintenance and personalised support.

This class uses the Reformer machine, which is an incredibly versatile piece of equipment unique to Pilates. The Reformer machine allows exercise to be performed with a large range of motion and can work the entire body with resistance customised to each individual. Focus is on increasing strength and flexibility, correct posture, coordination and restoration of physical vitality. Our instructors will guide you through each class with a challenging variety of pilates exercises. Classes are grouped as Beginner - Intermediate or Intermediate - Advanced. Our introduction pack, 'Reformer Kickstart' must be completed before regular class bookings can be made. This is to ensure you have received the support and guidance to confidently use the equipment to your own level and ability - it’s also a great opportunity for personalised tips and advice!

'Mat' is a floor based, pilates class that also uses small equipment such as foam rollers, the magic circle, exercise balls and TheraBands™ to work with your own body weight and connect with your inner core. Focus is on flexibility, core strength, balance and mobility and is great for anyone in general good health. Full length mats are provided and classes are grouped as Beginner - Intermediate or Intermediate - Advanced. A fantastic class for those new to Pilates and a brilliant motivator to exercise within a fun group environment. Our instructors are encouraged to add their own flair to classes to ensure your session is interesting mentally and physically challenging. Our new client offer, ‘Mat & Barre Kickstart’ is a brilliant incentive to build and set regular exercise habits and try a range of classes.

This is a fun, energetic class that integrates fitness exercise with Pilates. Focus is on cardiovascular strength, body conditioning and muscular endurance. We'll keep your workout interesting and varied by using equipment such as weights, TheraBands™, magic circles, foam rollers, Pilates balls, FreeFORM Boards and other small accessories. Full length mats are provided. Our instructors are encouraged to add their own flair to classes to ensure your session is interesting mentally and physically challenging. Bootybarre® combines Pilates principles with ballet, yoga and dance in a fun, high energy routine performed to fast, upbeat music. After a warm up, the class progresses to the barre where clients use TheraBands™ and soft balls to work every single part of their body. Focus is on aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. This class is very popular and a fantastic compliment to any Pilates Class or Studio Session. Our new client offer, ‘Mat & Barre Kickstart’ is a brilliant incentive to build and set regular exercise habits and try a range of classes.

Regular group exercise is a proven method for not only boosting wellbeing and happiness but for increased concentration, sharper memory, improved productivity, career satisfaction and morale. Our skilled instructors offer classes / personalised group training at your nominated location or at either of our studios. Participants will bring their own mats and we’ll provide additional equipment to add variety to sessions. We strongly believe in our mantra, ‘fit body, healthy mind’ and would love to support you and your team in achieving this.

Proudly collaborating with Peta at White Tiger Wellness, we offer the convenience of professional in-house life coaching to support your fitness journey. Identify blocks or hurdles and establish a step by step plan to move beyond them. Sessions are confidential, can cover all aspects of life, no matter how big or trivial they may seem and do not need to be fitness focussed. (Peta does however hold a strong Pilates knowledge base).
