HOW TO start+BOOK | PRICE

A 'Studio Session' is classic Pilates performed in one of our fully equipped studios with equipment such as Trapeze Tables, High Barrels, Wunda Chairs and Reformers. After completing an 'Initial Consultation' you can choose the Studio Session that best meets your needs - Private (1:1) or Semi-Private (3:1) and the program will be tailored specifically for you. We also incorporate weights, soft balls, foam rollers, magic circles, TheraBands™ and other small pieces of equipment to challenge core strength and create optimum resistance for your body. Studio sessions are ideal for everyone, particularly those needing injury rehabilitation / prevention, athletes, mums to be or anyone looking for complete body maintenance.

* An 'Initial Consultation' must be completed prior to Studio Session bookings.

This class uses the Reformer machine, which is an incredibly versatile piece of equipment unique to Pilates. The Reformer machine allows exercise to be performed with a large range of motion and can work the entire body with resistance customised to each individual. Focus is on increasing strength and flexibility, correct posture, coordination and restoration of physical vitality. Our instructors will guide you through each class with a challenging variety of pilates exercises. Classes are grouped as Beginner - Intermediate or Intermediate - Advanced. Our introduction pack, 'Reformer Kickstart' must be completed before regular class bookings can be made.

'Mat' is a floor based, pilates class that also uses small equipment such as foam rollers, the magic circle, exercise balls and TheraBands™ to work with your own body weight and connect with your inner core. Focus is on flexibility, core strength, balance and mobility and is great for anyone in general good health. Full length mats are provided and classes are grouped as Beginner - Intermediate or Intermediate - Advanced. A fantastic class for those new to Pilates.

This is a fun, energetic class that integrates fitness exercise with Pilates. Focus is on cardiovascular strength, body conditioning and muscular endurance. We'll keep your workout interesting and varied by using equipment such as weights, TheraBands™, magic circles, foam rollers, Pilates balls, FreeFORM Boards and other small accessories. Full length mats are provided.

Bootybarre® combines Pilates principles with ballet, yoga and dance in a fun, high energy routine performed to fast, upbeat music. After a warm up, the class progresses to the barre where clients use TheraBands™ and soft balls to work every single part of their body. Focus is on aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. This class is very popular and a fantastic compliment to any Pilates Class or Studio Session.
