Bootybarre® combines Pilates principles with ballet, yoga and dance in a fun, high energy routine performed to fast, upbeat music. After a warm up, the class progresses to the barre where clients use TheraBands™ and soft balls to work every single part of their body. Focus is on aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. This class is very popular and a fantastic compliment to any Pilates Class or Studio Session.
